Before your session, you will have a consultation with your SKIN FIVE provider to discuss your aesthetic goals and expectations. During this consultation, we will examine your chin and jawline, assess your facial anatomy, and determine the amount and location of filler needed to achieve your desired result. On the day of your session, your SKIN FIVE provider will apply a topical anesthetic or numbing cream to the treatment area to minimize discomfort during the procedure. The filler will then be carefully injected into the deep tissue layers of the chin and jawline using a fine needle or cannula.
After the injection, we may gently massage the area to ensure the filler is evenly distributed and to minimize the risk of swelling or bruising. You may experience some mild swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection site, but these effects are usually mild and subside within a few days.
